Tail-mate® developed through the initiative of Nigel Patterson.  Dairy Farmer and Artificial Insemination professional, Nigel found tail-painting with a paint brush tedious and time consuming.  While contracted to inseminate a few large dairy farms Nigel came across a roller in a hardware store which would late become the starting point for Tail-mate® Rollers.

Nigel developed Tail-mate® through trial and error over the years to find the right balance of curve and high quality material to ensure a durable, economical and easy to use tool for farmers.
